3-Day Free Trial

We offer a 3-day free trial on our premium plans so you can test Blocky fully before committing. If you cancel your subscription before the 3-day trial ends, you will not be billed.

Refund Eligibility

Because Blocky is a digital application that integrates directly into your Shopify theme, we generally do not offer refunds once you have been billed after the free trial period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and granted only under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Major technical issues preventing the app from functioning on your store.
  • Accidental duplicate charges caused by billing errors.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your billing date atsupport@blockyapps.com. Please include your Shopify store URL and the reason for the request.

Uninstalling the App

To cancel your subscription and avoid future charges, you must uninstall Blocky directly from your Shopify admin panel. Deleting the app automatically stops the billing cycle.
